Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have an issue with your order call us for an authorization to return your item. Return items must be in original package and in unused condition.

Final sale on cut fabric yardage, books, patterns, sale and clearance items.

Return shipping will be at your own expense.

Returns on other items will not be accepted after 14 days from the purchase date. 

Store credit will be given on authorized returns.

* Free shipping applies only to orders placed on website totaling $100 before taxes.

Orders placed via phone or in-store will not qualify for free shipping.
